Recently, the Grand Rapids Business Journal wrote an article about Compass Insurance’s move over to our new location. GRBJ’s article discusses the company’s growth since it was founded in 2009 and how Compass is more than doubling in square-footage! Our company is growing at an exponential rate with the goal of doubling our staff in the upcoming years.
Previously owned by B-93.7 FM, the space has now been renovated into a beautiful, open-concept office space. On the back side of the building, Compass built a large patio space which will feature picnic table seating and a grill, surrounded by colorful landscaping. This area will be used for large events, such as the upcoming Open House, and for staff to enjoy summer lunches.
Some of the office suites are also available for lease! Compass has set up their building to lease out 10 cubicles and 7 offices, including onsite parking. Interested parties are able to view these spaces at the Open House.
