Our commercial department is growing! Recently, Compass Insurance hired on another agent. We would like to introduce you to Juan Munoz.
Background
Juan comes to us from United Bank where he advised on Commercial Insurance. As a West Michigan native, he graduated from Hope College with a degree in Business Administration. Once he graduated he began working in banking right away. He has been working in the financial service industry for over 15 years. Helping people to reach a better financial state is part of why he enjoys working in the field.
Outside of Work
Soccer is a big part of Juan’s life. He still plays year round soccer as well as coaches through AYSO United. His youngest daughter is one of the team’s players. Family is very important as he spends a lot of time with his wife, kids, and their dog. Between him and his wife, there are 5 kids in his family. Their oldest is currently attending the University of Michigan.
Even their low-key days are still active. When his family is not running around for sports, music lessons, and dance, they spend their time home together watching movies, grilling, and cooking.
Welcome
We are very excited to have Juan join the team for his customer service, his strong commercial background, but also because he is bilingual. Living in West Michigan, there is a high Spanish speaking community and Juan will help Compass better service those individuals.
