Hiring Personal Lines Agents
Personal Lines Agents are agents who handle Auto and Home Insurance clients.
Personal Lines Agent Responsibilities:
- Provide auto and home insurance quotes
- Must successfully complete an intensive training program
- Agent must follow company 5-step sales process
Personal Lines Agent Education:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Personal Lines Agent Qualifications:
- Customer-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Works well in a team
- Works well independently
Personal Lines Agent Support & Compensation Packages:
- Paid 6-week training
- Sales coaching
- Marketing support
- Systems support
- 40% new business commission
- 25% renewal commission
- No less than $2,000/mo. in first year
